Booking policy

Deposits

A deposit of 50% of the package price is required to reserve your date and time. Your slot is only confirmed once the deposit is received. The balance is paid on the day of your session, before we start.

Rescheduling

You can move your session once at no cost if you tell us at least 48 hours before the start time. Your deposit moves with you to the new date, which should be within three months.

Cancellations and no shows

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your session, we hold your deposit as credit for a future session within three months. If you cancel within 48 hours or do not arrive, the deposit is not refunded.

Late arrival

Sessions start and end at the booked time so the next client is not delayed. If you arrive late we will shoot for the time that remains.

Styling, outfits and makeup

All personal styling and outfits are provided by the client. Please follow the outfit count for your package. In house makeup is available at KES 2,500 per person when booked in advance. We take care with your clothes but cannot be responsible for items left behind.

On location shoots

Travel and venue logistics, including transport and access fees, are the client's responsibility. If heavy rain makes the shoot unsafe, we move it to the next date that suits us both.

Delivery

After your session we share a private online gallery. Once you pick your favourites, edited images are delivered within 7 working days. Extra edited images can be added to your order, and we confirm the price before we start.

Studio hire

Studio time is booked by the hour with a one hour minimum, and includes setup and pack down. Please leave the space as you found it. Damage to equipment or the room is charged at repair cost.

How we use your photos

Your photos are for your personal use. We only share images from your session on our website or social media with your permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.
